Terms and Conditions:

New accounts

New accounts are welcome, accompanied by C.O.D. or VISA/MASTERCARD payment and a complete credit application. Shipment on an account is subject to credit approval.

Vendors Terms of Sale:

1. No minimum order

2. Once credit is established, we will ship orders on an open account with payment terms of net 30 days from date of shipment.

3. All prices are F.O.B. Brooklyn, NY 11219 USA and are subject to change without notice.

4. Account must be current before subsequent shipments will be made.

5. Past due accounts are subject to finance charge.

6. Toylinks Inc. reserves the right to accept or reject any orders based on out terms and conditions which supersede any terms and conditions stated on the customer’s purchase order.

Services and Return Policy:

1. Shortages or damaged merchandise must be reported within one week of receipt of shipment.

2. In the event of a shortage, we will gladly ship the item or credit the account

3. For damages that are the result of product defect we will pick up the item(s) and issue a credit or shipment replacement.

4. For goods showing a damage on the shipping carton, have a carrier note damages on the freight bill before accepting delivery. Goods damaged in transit must be reported to Toylinks Inc. and the carrier immediately. Save all original shipping cartons, packing material and damaged items until they have been inspected or your claim has been settled.

5. All returns must be accompanied by packing slip and marked with a return authorization number available from you customer service representative. There will be no cash refunds for returned items.

6. All items will be inspected upon return and must be in sale-able condition to be eligible for credit.

7. This return policy applies to items only currents listed on our product line. It does not include discontinued or special order items.

8. There will be a 20% restocking fee for the return of undamaged, correctly shipped merchandise.

9. All the shipments remain the property of Toylinks Inc. until corresponding invoice is paid in full.
